In addition to art advisory partnerships, Candita Clayton Gallery offers photoshoot styling services in partnership with textile designer and set stylist, Melinda Cox. We partner with interior designers and their chosen photographers to purvey one-of-a-kind fine art and accessories, sculpture & textiles to make your photos stand out. Our expertise and shared experience are the perfect match for any photographer because we understand how the camera captures the nuances of the space.

We understand that sourcing props is only a small part of the professional styling experience. As your photoshoot styling partners, we will help you build a narrative for the shoot. How does the story of the entire home come together?

Our highly curated experience has depth and layering, which always yields an abundance of content for “detail shots” that can be used for print features, social media, and your website.

  • Photography is expensive - the typical day rate for interior design photographers is $2,000 or more.

    Together with the photographer, we assist in producing magazine-quality photos perfect for pitching to shelter magazines.

    And, by partnering with us, you’ll earn commissions on any of the art and one-of-a-kind hand-crafted objects that sell through to the homeowner, which can pay for your shoot!

  • As talented as you may be as a designer you may not be skilled in styling your shoot.

    As interior design-specific stylists, we can give a fresh perspective to your work by understanding how the camera captures the nuances of the space.

    Taking the time to find the perfect balance in a shot is our specialty. Height, width, and vibe can be conveyed with small adjustments of objects.

  • We will save you time and money by taking stress off of you and your team in the days leading up to your shoot and the day of.

    We can help you craft the perfect shot list per room and make sure you have all the necessary props, art, and accessories for a picture-perfect outcome.

    And, the best part? Partnering with us will earn you commissions from art and one-of-a-kind hand-crafted objects that sell through to the homeowner, which can pay for your shoot!

  • Sourcing props is only a small part of the professional styling experience. A good stylist will help a designer build a narrative for the shoot. How does the story of the entire home come together?

    Finishing touches like art, pillows, and sculptural objects will make each room look complete. In our past shoots, 75% or more of the fine art, accessories, & pillows have sold through to the homeowner.

    What you can expect to spend. Fees for the day of styling range from $800 to $1,000.

    Leading up to the shoot, depending on how much time is needed to acquire accessories and props there will varying costs. We have different packages that can be tailored for your project.
